Ang & Co PAC was established in 1980 by Mr Ang Kong Meng after 4 years working with an International Auditing Firm.
In 1992 Mr. Ang acquired equity interest in another established local CA firm, Messrs Lee Boon Song & Co. The combined strength of the two firms is set to carry out the Mission of the firms i.e. to provide our clients and affiliates with best possible quality and cost effective professional services.
Ang & Co (in association with Lee Boon Song & Co.) joined PRIMEGLOBAL (formerly known as IGAF) in June 1995. On January 2013, Ang & Co. and Lee Boon Song & Co. became a Public Accounting Corporation.
In 2019, My Ang acquired SAMAS Management Consultant Pte Ltd, an established corporate secretarial and management service company which has been established since 1969.

Experience
Upon graduation, he started his accounting profession with an international CPA firm for 4 years. He then set up his practice of Ang & Co. in 1980. He has extensive financial experience and is effectively bilingual in Chinese and English. He has vast experience in the statutory audit of many industries and in providing consulting services to clients including income tax, management advisory, insolvency, liqudation, restructuring, mergers and acquisitions.

Experience
Pamela Pua Beng Boon has been with Lee Boon Song & Co PAC since 1997, rising from an audit assistant to now a partner. During these years, she has gained valuable experience and exposures to a good mix of core accounting skills – audit, taxation and accounting.
She has more than 23 years of extensive exposure auditing a diverse clientele and different services and industries. In addition she is in charge of the operational matters in the audit department. She was also responsible for managing audit engagements to ensure that they meet client’s expectations and possible professional requirements. Apart from auditing, her professional experience includes accounting in an offshore bank.
